Its good community out here and its fun working here. Fast pace driven Agile development for lots of new products. Keep adding new things and welcome new ideas.

Cons

I might want some initial training over parts one might be getting into.

Pros

People are great, mostly really young and very nice. Start-up culture's feel without the usual problems of an actual start-up. Pay is good. Flexible—they understand that people have lives outside of work, and vacations are necessary. The product we're making is actually very beautiful and useful. Costco deliveries every week. Office is right next to the beach/LA/good food. Fun events are planned a few times every month—happy hour, Knott's Scary Farm, bonfires, etc.

Cons

Maybe TOO chill sometimes. This obviously depends on who you are and your work ethic, but you should preferably be a self-starter if you work here. No one is going to babysit you, but they will notice if you're slacking off.
