Working at HRU Technical Resources, Inc. has been a really positive experience for me, especially being part of the End of Line department in the GM automotive space. From day one, I’ve felt supported — the team is professional, approachable, and genuinely cares about its employees. One thing I really want to highlight is the immigration support. The whole process was handled smoothly and in a timely manner, which made a big difference for me and my family. Special thanks to Teresa Carper, the Vice President of Operations, who has been an incredible leader — responsive, supportive, and always willing to listen. This company understands that success doesn’t happen overnight — it’s a long journey, and they’re in it with you. There are good opportunities for growth, and they take employee feedback seriously. Sure, like any company, there are some processes that could be streamlined a bit more, but the overall culture is focused on improvement and making things better for everyone.
