HRU Technical Resources is an Engineering and IT staffing firm based in Lansing, MI, and placing technical talent nationally. A 100% Certified Female Owned company, established in 1979. HRU specializes in contingent contract staffing, vendor management (VMS) and direct hire staffing models.
HRU is currently run by industry thought leader, Tim Sackett, who writes and speaks nationally on the topics of Human Resources and Talent Acquisition. Tim has run Talent Acquisition Departments at Fortune 500 companies, Large Healthcare Systems, and small tech firms. Those experiences gave him the insight to what corporate Recruiting Pros want and dislike about third-party staffing. His goal and vision are to deliver a third party model that is beneficial to both parties and exemplifies partnership.
