Co-workers are friendly and easy to get along with. Very little, if any, office drama or politics. People within and between teams support each other. Leadership is family-oriented and understands the importance of work-life balance. Employees are not micromanaged, but given the freedom to develop the product with individual effort as well as in teams. Management is accessible and helpful. Small company with a global presence allows people from many different countries to interact closely with each other and share experience and culture.

A great work environment where I feel appreciated and irreplaceable ! I gained many communication and technical skills and I can say I'm still gaining a lot. I found the stability and growth i was looking for at HRSmart, all with a decent marge of flexibility. The most i like is being able to select my own tasks and my future goals. I also appreciate the continuous follow ups and the communication with the upper level. Managers always make sure not to allow employees to burn them selves out and maintain a work-life balance
