Pros

Great introduction to the talent management industry until the last few years or so. Now they are just busy trying to stay afloat and keep customers and employees from leaving.

Cons

Tells employees to post positive reviews on Glassdoor. Looks like last round was in July. Instead of focusing on this, try staying relevant in the industry! Their major competitors have been bought out and moved on to the next phase of their existence. HRsmart, however, is still doing what they were doing 10 years ago.

With so many other opportunities around, there's no reason to work here

Pros

Meet people from around the world. Learn a few things about the HR industry (though not all are positive). Far more work than people so you will never be bored.

Cons

Extremely poor benefits ($600+ a month for family medical, no 401K matching). Poor compensation compared to the rest of market. Upper management is all politics, cliques, and buddy syndrome who does not know how to run the business. Foreign employees are frequently overworked and have had nearly every paycheck in the past year delayed. Constantly cutting corners to make one client happy, often at the expense of other clients or employees. No work/life balance. Recent layoffs have destroyed the remainder of productivity and product knowledge.

Leadership is not stable. Layoffs every couple of years. Lean towards dictatorial.
