Pros

Benefit program is above average in plans and cost share to the employee. Webster CEO is solid. Work / Life balance is solid. Plenty of Paid time off.

Cons

Salary & Bonus Plan average to below market average. Extremely limited opportunities for advancement or promotion. Some of HSA Bank executive leadership is not impressive. Poor company culture. Lack of health plan partners and distribution channels rely too much on direct to employer and broker channel. Lost many great sales and account management personnel over the past few years.

Pros

Comp isn’t bad for Milwaukee. Every day employees are great (aside from one dept which has poor leadership and that attitude has seeped into the entire team)

Cons

Bad bad bad leadership. “Leadership” is a term for leaders, these people are bosses. Only good leaders I found were the President (he’s awesome) and some of the leaders on the sales side. Operations/IT/Partner Services are bosses.
