Pros

- Incredible work/life balance - Good PTO and Benefits - The people in the organization are friendly and willing to help out. Regardless of position or seniority, people are approachable and always looking to help improve the overall business.

Cons

-Senior Leaders tend to stick in their own circle... makes you feel like you are stuck in your own bubble. - There are peaks and valleys in terms of work load but when things aren't busy, it gets to a point that it is extremely slow and boring. - Lack of growth opportunities... it is a small business and the business runs lean in the majority of departments. Unfortunately, this means that you tend to get in a "sit and wait" scenario in terms of moving up or taking on new roles.
