Pros

Quick advancement, decent pay, nice hours to chose from,

Cons

Focus on the customer satisfaction and not so much the employees every single move it felt more like high school than a real job it's too micromanaged it wasn't pleasant that you have so many protocols to follow they need to loosen up a lot or the turn over rate will never lower

Pros

Some of the people were ok. Free coffee and hot chocolate. I liked learning new things about health saving accounts and tax forms.

Cons

Pay was not great at all. During training class, several mgrs come in and introduce themselves to you and talk about how its like family and everyone will help you. After you get on the floor you'll soon realize how untrue that is. My biggest complaint is management and reaching out to a lead for support. They were never available and boy when they were, they talked to you like scum. They'd say things like 'what do you need' or 'I'm busy, have you tried you lead'. Well duh, why would I not follow my lead list! I had an issue where someone gave me the wrong info to tell the customer and my mgr told me next time just do it and if I get in trouble for it he'll address it at that time. I honestly felt like I had to have my own back because no one else there would. Another thing is when leads don't know the answer they'll tell you to tell your customer they'll follow up and call back. THEY DO NOT FOLLOW UP. I had to reach out to a lead like 4 times for the same thing over 2 weeks and he finally responded to me and told me to call the customer and tell her were still checking into it. I felt so ashamed telling that poor elderly woman that, I felt like we were taking advantage of her. Horrible company to work for aned horrible lead and management team. I could say more but this was a lot.
