Pros

Hands on experience with learning new skills. You can become an expert with Microsoft products. LinkedIn learning is free. Flexible with PTO

Cons

MICRO MANAGING. You must use time trackers to track every minute of your day. Management pretends like they care about your opinions or want you to voice your concerns but they actually just say that as a formality, they do not really care and they will not go out of their way to help you even if you directly ask for help. They will let you drown. If you score negatively on the anonymous employee statisfaction survey you are required to discuss why the scores were so low and provide feedback with your supervisor and team. So awkward and unprofessional.
