Pros

Global bank with proper risk management frameworks, good corporate governance, compliance and client centric. Less politics.

Cons

Cost cutting has resulted overload. Overtime is a norm and expected for almost all levels. Majority of the decisions in terms of structure, roles and responsibilities, ways of doing business, processes, headcount and pay are decided at group/regional level. Senior management locally doesn't really have much say.
