Great people and decent benefits.

Cons

Banking is a slippery slope in todays world. Branch banking is almost becoming a thing of the past. HSBC is no different.

Pros

Great culture. Great team ethic. Approachable Leadership Team Very flexible with commitments and a great focus on mental health

Cons

Progression can be stagnant. Some members of the team will end up being carried and not picked up on as overall team efforts is the main focus. Recognition scheme is a little flawed.
