Pros

There a great time-off policy for Personal Bankers (tellers). Even working part time you are given paid days off. In addition, their benefits were great.

Cons

The base pay itself was probably the lowest of all the banks. The company culture was not very strong, but each branch was a community of its own.

Pros

Great learning grounds as a sales environment. At my location, it is very busy and the customer base is very diverse - management and customers both do a thorough job of testing your patience and ability to cross-sell. Opportunity to learn a wide breadth of skills.

Cons

Management is very stiff; the work environment is political and not welcoming. The pay is below average for an entry-level CSR role.
