Pros

Great company to work for. They drive and like to move people with in the company. Very freindly environment to work in.

Cons

Too big. Under paid. Red tape. Beaurocratic. I do feel that were under paid against other banks. My experience in client service at the moment is that we can only do wrong and are overuled by less knowledable but higher up relationship managers.

Pros

Pros to working for HSBC is the pay and the others teams that I work with. The stricken option is also nice.

Cons

Cons to working for HSBC are the systems and lack of complete policy and procedures. Systems that other banks have in place are way better.

Pros

Very challenging workplace. Definitely learned a lot about global business but resources are limited. Need to be creative to solve problems.

Cons

Very stressful. Since I worked at HSBC(Taiwan) which is just a branch, resources are very tight. I don't feel team work exists in this bank especially when there is a resource conflict.
