Good health benefits Great people Vast network and opportunity to be involved in major projects International presence

- Poor pay and compensation for work put in, despite massive profits - Bonuses going down year on year for 'normal' staff - Not enough staff, jobs aren't backfilled, departments 'restructured' and you end up doing 3 people's jobs for no more recognition - Forced office work - Change is very slow and underfunded. End up going for basic cheap options which is demoralising
