Pros

Good internal movement opportunities across locations

Cons

Heavily driven by internal politics and perceptions. Good opportunities for internal movement but the politics make it impossible to make the move. The employee is left with no other option but to look for roles and opportunities externally. Lacks clarity with respect to organisational goals and direction. Decision making is run and directed by a few old folks in the top management. The HR is a joke and is management friendly, not employee friendly. Technologically handicapped place, is still heavily d dependent on manual works. Higher management should take a hint from the sudden increase in attrition this year.
