Pros

Time off is generous. 401k match is good (was even better). Benefits are better than at many other companies, flexibility and remote work are a plus.

Cons

Predominantly male leadership. Women are always mentored, in training, on the right path, evaluated through a magnifying glass .... and somehow don't make the cut in the end.

Pros

Insurance plan was good.

Cons

Management really does not care about staff. Staff are over worked and stressed out all the time. There are not enough staff to do the work and they won't hire additional people.
