Pros

Care about development of juniors, training opportunities, lots of responsibility, can take entrepreneurial approach to bringing in business - managers can be quite hands-off allowing you to take the led on working with clients

Cons

Very bureaucratic, not the best technology, lots of operational issues, can be very difficult to jump through hoops to get goals accomplished and service clients

Pros

I was employed there for over a year. And honestly I do not imagine my self working more time for this company. Management is not well prepared and will always find a reason to give you a warning, fire you because you are just a vase, an object, they simply get rid of you when they dont need you anymore, and the bank is always changing and not for good. Their pay is not in line with life cost, and there are no room for career growth. HR? I dont know if they even have an Hr dept.

Cons

Please read above. Everything about them is a con

Cons

Poor leadership at all levels of the bank....put it this way, no CEO wanted the role.
