Pros

Big bank. Nice building. Centrally located. Parking space. Outstanding chef on premises. Open spaces to work and chat, albeit a bit too open.

Cons

Big bank, perhaps a bit too big. Red tape in almost every possible initiative one can ever hope to find oneself involved into.

Pros

It will provide exposure to all functions of the financial industry as you are required to know how to perform majority of the duties on your own.

Cons

The company sets high annual targets and expectations for its employees. However, it doesn't provide the support and resources to assist.
