Pros

If you just want a moderate life selling and managing relationships with medium corporations based on conservative principles this is the place for you.

Cons

There is an absolute lack of incentive to go above and beyond due to the set pay schemes and any other likely intangible incentives which honestly in a bank, arguably it's mostly about the pay.

Pros

Global Brand which can be used for other international opportunities. Working with diverse group of people, the benefit of which is same as above.

Cons

Compensation below industry standards Growth dependent on your ability to kiss your management in the right places; no place for meritocracy. Bueraucratic and slow to respond to changing times. Midnight oil guzzler.
