Excellent for freshers as you are exposed to continous work and can learn a lot of the latest technologies.

Cons

ZERO work Life balance Favoritism shown by managers to stooges Highly unethical practices followed by middle management which leads to frustration among high performers who end up as low rewardees, going from bad to worse Figures of attrition are Among the highest in terms of percentage.
