Pros

Global career opportunities, Well paying, Lots of opportunities, pay for performance company, many remote work options available, profitable, stable company

Cons

Not as much opportunity if you wish to stay in Buffalo location, old-school culture, outsourcing, jobs and departments are eliminated with little to no notice, career advancement is all on you as the company is satisfied if you do the same thing forever

Cons

Work environment is not healthy and known for bad politics as you move up in the hierarchy. There are very less good projects and rest of projects are typical support projects.
