Pros

Stable company, competitive wages, good training, great for people with a strong sales orientation.

Cons

Favoritism by management, pressure to make collections by being cruel or insensitive to customers, no flexibility for family issues, supervisors tend to be favorite employees who may not have any actual leadership ability.

Pros

Challenging to work with diverse group of people.

Cons

The Employee assessment process requires you to compare yourself to your peers, and to not be the last one at the end of the performance line. Due to a bell curve statistical process, it is conceivable to perform your job daily, but ranked inefficient- an entire department cannot all be doing their job efficiently and effectively.
