HSBC is a very well known bank all over the world. The environment is very professional as well. There are a lot of benefits offered.

Cons

It isn't a good part-time job. It is a good place to work if you are looking for a long term career.

employment security, respect for employees, seniority considered, brand value, job satisfaction.

Cons

nothing to list as such sometimes bonus are not fair enough as per the performance level and rating constraint.

1.Slow growth and recognition of performance 2.Management is made of old guards ( long time employees of HSBC ) who have 18th century mindset when it comes to pay hikes and growth 3.Less hikes and slow promotions 4.Work provided is often uninteresting support work 5.Over bureaucratic culture
