Pros

Initially growth focused. Fun, smart people, helping customers, building a business. Decent pay and great benefits. Parts of the business had strong teams and strong leaders

Cons

HQ in Chicago and London became more hands on and interventionist. They weren't too helpful. Stopped all new originations in 2008; now winding down the portfolio with Customer Service and Collections.
