Pros

Good training opportunities and compensation for the role I perform, and a good spirit within the company. Well positioned to come out of the financial crisis strongly.

Cons

Working for a large company can make it difficult to completely understand the 'big picture' and what's going on, but this is simply part of the package of working for a multinational .

Bad manger, no support and room for growth within HSBC Canada. Toxic work environment with poor individuals that worked along side me.

Cons

Working style is kind of boring. Connections between employee usually limits to professional aspect. Back up offices do not face clients
