1. Young 2. Vigorous 3. Creative 4. Nice colleagues 5. Keep learning 6. Have constant programs of networking, social events, to help employees exposed to a broader world; 7. good welfare 8. Keep broadening their clients poor to extend their service 9. A efficient risk management system 10. Good training program for entry-level employees 11. Internship program is amazing: interns are regarded as full-time employees and they can learn a lot from people in different departments through rotation

It has been a roller coaster ride, wherein i saw the ups and down of the recession and other down falls, apart from the highs we achieved
