compensation too many processes self content less exposure slow career growth poor knowledge sharing among teams slight beurocracy less frequent inter-group travel

Pros

Good people to work with. Good opportunities to move between departments and cross train skills. Good working hours, employees aren't obliged to work longer than their contracted hours

Cons

Not too many negatives, perhaps the bonus could be more competitive for support staff than it is currently. Plus salary levels lower than competitiors
