Driving forward the focus on diversity & inclusively and sustainability; Regular surveys and events asking colleagues opinions.

Cons

Still too many dinosaurs in the bank that need re-educating. Still hearing stories of bully boy tactics from senior managers that have been there for over 8-10 years
