      Pros

      Work from home is the only good thing.

      Cons

      Hso is worst company to work for. No work life balance, no clearly defined HR policies. No personal growth happened in this company.

      No longer a preferred employer - policy changes are not employee oriented - only specific to fulfill HR's KRA/KPIs

      Pros

      Employees are very cooperative and welcoming. However post the new HR Lead'er' (read leader in error) is completely unreasonable and making changes to policies at her whim without giving due considerations to employees.

      Cons

      Lack of transparency at Management and HR level. There is a 'show' of openness and such - but that is all 'hollow' statements - as are their commitments while joining

      Yeah they pay well. HSO is a cash rich organisation.

      Cons

      Most importantly- , don’t get preoccupied by the good reviews about this company- this company is an organised butchery of all your dreams, your goals. Everything is a lobby out here. The HSO India simply is a puppet in the hands of UK/Netherlands/US regions. Whatever feedback’s and suggestions they give, Indian management blindly follows the same. And if you work with UK team - they have a bullying management over there, who keeps of daunting and undermining the Indian team, regardless of whatever good work you do. Big4 or Accenture/TCS/Cognizant are a far better choice - they have their own teams to handle everything.
