Cons
I am still not sure where shall I start. 1.South Indian lobby. 2. Incapable and incompetent people seating at the top and middle management 3. Policies changing out of the blue and as per whimsies of leadership 4. Layoffs are an everyday story. Just because top management brought in some of their ex-company’s close colleagues, hence to make room for them, older employees were asked to leave. 5. Completely an off shore based company - whatever nonsense the on-site would tell, that would be listened to and applied. 6. Not to mention pathetic perks and increments
