      Good pay, A lot of work if you know what you are doing. Easy to gain visibility. Remote work possible.

      Cons

      No well defined way of working and projects often run in cowboy mode. Most projects under estimated and lot of work pressure

      Cons: 1. Management have hardly any clarity on what they to do & how they want to position India in their global chain 2. Want to push AI in everything without even understanding "A" of it . 3.Everything is Azure based & no flexibility. 4. Push you to join random projects at random role .

      Job security they don't ask you to put papers they make you put papers on your own. It is better not to choose this. No proper job security.
