Pros

Very welcoming application process. The company treats you like a family. I have not met a single member of staff that was not friendly ans welcoming. There is a "everyone helps everyone" culture where you can reach out to absolutely anyone for advice/help. Excellent perks/benefits. Extremely good training program where you are sent out to The Netherlands for a two month masterclass. (All paid for by HSO.) Quarterly company meetings where everyone in the business learns how the company is doing/new customers/new staff etc. Company meetings always involve a social event, so a great way to meet people and enjoy yourself. Depending on job role, can be based anywhere in the UK.

Cons

Work can be intense but there is a huge support network available to you if you need help. Plenty of travel involved depending on job, so if you don't like being away from home at all certain roles would not be good for you.

Good colleagues (the people actually doing the work) Flexible hours and work from home ethos

Cons

Abhorrent management, gaslighting and borderline bullying - no leadership skills, spoken to in demeaning manner your only going to survive there if your happy to do any task asked of you and not question anything. - wages - could be better for the amount of work and time you are expected to put in - I heard so many discriminatory comments in my time there and there’s no point in reporting anything because HR don’t have a clue how to handle processes - unable to successfully manage customer work and contracts successfully because you are given no tools to do you role well - unless you are pally with exec and management you will not get recognised.
