      Pros

      HSO has great leadership, a great culture , great customers and great people. Everyone looks out for one another. We work hard and play hard. We sell, implement and support innovative Microsoft Dynamics software and services. It's great to be at the forefront of this type of technology. We win numerous awards from Microsoft, recognising our achievements with our customers and we are currently the #1 tech company to work for in the UK. (Best Companies list).

      I can't really think of any. We are growing rapidly, so sometimes have to catch up with ourselves.

      Pros

      Management cares for my well being and development. They see it as helping me and helping customers. Great to work with an extended peer group especially when on D365 F&O projects. It is just nice to be able to get that level of support. The team and the guys just get it. Enjoying working here and knowing I can grow as the company grows.

      Cons

      Coming from a smaller practice I just thought it was normal being stressed and working 5 days on site researching on google. Here at HSO I have the time and support to give my best for a customer. Not really a negative I know, but HSO have seemed to have got the balance between work, play and progression.
