Cons

Lacks direction, upper management and executives do not provide actual resources to do your job, focus changes every 3 months, no progression at all.

Deeply technical environment. Research and empirical evidence are the baseline to every operation and decision. Strong moral footing. Incredible people. Plenty of opportunities internally to shine.

Cons

Without strong proactive strategy, reactivity can reign. Detection team often gets all the attention when the company is full of amazing humans :D
