The company has been thru many iterations with the merger a few years ago and getting the product, marketing and sales aligned. I feel this is the best version of HUMAN since I started with the company. Yes, there have been a lot of changes, but I feel the changes being made are thoughtful and consistent with the company vision and values. The culture and people are amazing and are what keep most everyone here for the long haul.

Cons

Many changes at the Executive Level. Things can be fluid and you have to be focused on the business, not the changes. If you are an agile, smart, and high EQ person, this is a great place to be.
