Pros

Collaborative environment. The work/life balance is great in addition to being able to work from home. In office lunches a few times a week (optional to work in the office) with talented chefs. Leadership is excited to hear our ideas and wants to see everyone succeed. The founders have a great vision for this company and I can see them doing very well in the future. The CEO is extremely personable and makes an effort to get to know the entire staff

Cons

Expensive health insurance, below market rate pay in high cost of living areas, high turnover, very small stipend to build WFH space, workload can be intense since this is a start-up and there are still big picture processes that need to be put in place.
