Nothing! We are still a startup, fast moving and changing regularly. Our team thrives on this, but it's not for everyone!

HUNGRY is the 1st company I have ever been a part of where I feel like a barrier to management does not exist. Everyone from the top down from the CEO, the Founders, and your peers are extremely approachable as we all work together to make HUNGRY as successful of a company as possible. EVERYONE has a voice here, and nothing is left unheard. I truly love that about HUNGRY and it makes me feel incredibly valued as an employee. Our tech is amazing, our solutions are best in class, and as previously mentioned the people are among the best group I have ever worked with.

Cons

Of course, while working for a start-up, you can expect some bumps in the road but so far that has been very minimal here. If a problem arises, it is quick to be addressed.
