If there were any pros, I wouldn’t have left. There just really isn’t any benefit to working here.

Cons

Too much pressure is being placed on employees, especially when you consider just how much we’re being paid and what benefits we’re receiving. There isn’t a lot of room to advance here, so working hard and doing your best isn’t going to do you any favors. Working here is honestly just a waste of time…

If you're desperate to get some experience, maybe it's worth a quick stop. But even then, I wouldn't suggest it to anyone.

Cons

- The pressure placed on employees is extreme, especially for how little we're paid. - The benefits are barely there, offering next to nothing in terms of real support or security - Management keeps people stuck in place with no clear path to grow or move up. - Long-term employment here makes no sense unless you enjoy being undervalued and overworked. - The stress is constant, the pay is insulting, and the reward for all your effort is just burnout and frustration.
