I don't have any pros to report here. When I left this place, I felt considerably better. I remembered what happiness felt like.

Cons

The top management is awfully controlling and evil. These control freaks look for mistakes in employees' work but avoid looking at their own flaws. It was terrible. The HR was powerless. The pay was also extremely low. Please don't waste your time here as I did!

I honestly can't think of anything else other than how frustrated and miserable I was working here.

Cons

Schedules were constantly a mess because of their poor planning, workloads were unbalanced, employees had to work long hours, and their poor communication made it frustrating to figure out what they wanted us to do. Pay was also frequently delayed. Unless you want to go bald before you even reach your mid 20s, don't work here.

They allowed me to work from home at times, which was a nice benefits as I am not very social and prefer to stay at home.

Cons

The workplace ambiance was awful. Stress and pressure were always high, and pay and benefits were poor. No one wanted to stay long, and it also had the worst job security. People were fired for no reason. It was ridiculous and painful to watch someone lose their job.
