Great facility, great ownership, iffy management

Pros

I really appreciate that this company invests in the future. They invest in their facilities, they invest in new technologies. Benefits weren't bad either.

Cons

Management is always under pressure to adapt to some version of the future that the owners set forth. Some upper management can't handle that pressure and end up throwing their employees around in random directions (figuratively speaking) as they try to hit their goals.
