Pros

Financially sound growing company with many hard working employees.

Cons

Outdated policies will eventually catch up with the company and discourage talented individuals from being recruited. Office workers can't work remotely even during inclement weather without forfeiting a half day PTO despite the expectation to work a full day.

Worst Regional Manager in Kolkata

Pros

A masterpiece in Hydraulic System and hydraulic equipments. A wide range of products with good quality level but overpriced.

Cons

Kolkata office is the worst office I have ever faced. This manager treats his employees as his slaves (when i am terming as slave it means slave). The 2 employees working directly under him are being treated like slaves. 6-7 employees have joined and resigned immidiately after joining. Some ran away even after appointment.

Pros

Some good people work in the ranks Pay and benefits are fair Have some decent products.

Cons

Some truly incompetent people are in upper management. Appears that there is some history protecting certain inept employees. Seen many very hard working and knowledgeable people let go. Managers will not go to bat for the direct reports in most cases.
