Pros
The pros is the pay is decent for a younger person needing a job out of school.
Cons
Management is very poor about delegating task, training, and being untrustworthy. The managers spy on you all the time and try to build evidence to bring you to the office and chew you out. The management is always making mistakes themselves, but seem to scold their employees for the simplest mistake rather than saying to them politely "Hey you missed this" or "Hey you could do it this way it will reduce time." Tasks are rushed causing lack of quality or proper assembly then you are taken to the office when you were rushed to do something and mess up. Things are put out for assembly and are sometimes a large order which are due same day. Many of the managers seem to have a click going and have worker on the floor who are in the click and never get in trouble for the same mistakes the average Joe makes. Can't say anything less than there are more mind games involved with this company than production, organization, trustworthiness. Absolute horrible don't recommend it to anyone.
