No chance for advancement. Absolutely toxic environment when it comes to backstabbing other employees.

Dynamic product design work with constant hands-on engineering work. Work directly with products, factory production and users.

Cons

Entrepreneurial and inventive design environment really challenges engineering and organizing skills. Work hours are normal

Good benefits, coworkers mostly support each other. Some good managers and many bad. Pay not to bad with bonus. Good free lunch at end of month

Cons

Unless you have connection forget promotions. Taking initiative is punished then on review if you ever get one you are told to take initiative. What? Intimidating work-place from top down like dictatorship.
