Pros
Decent benefits, bonus packages, and employee recognition for outstanding work. Lots of overtime.
Cons
Lots of overtime, mismanagement of resources by middle management, and a really toxic work environment. One department of manufacturing engineering cycled its entire team in under two years(including many employees that had been with the company 10+ years), and that team lost all of its tribal knowledge of the products and processes. Powerpoint slides drive forward movement in this company, not hard work and productivity.
