      Aggressive company. Will always make money.

      Cons

      Work/Life balance is shocking and the company tacitly encourages it. Entirely possible to advance professionally through the Danaher 'machine' so long as you are prepared to sell your soul and devote your existence to your line manager who won't reciprocate.
