      - Interesting and quality products within the water analytics sector - World's top player within the water analytics - In general correct and fair treatment of employees - of course depends a bit on the management within the respective country, where could be quite a large differences in the approach of management to employees - Everything you agree or negotiate with the employer is correctly hold - Salary raised each year by 3% - Quite good bonus system, however strongly based on the height of your base salary

      Cons

      - Minimal opportunity for career change and advancement because of flat organizational structure what applies especially for the CEE region, however some good opportunities on the international level. - What you negotiate at the beginning you do have in long term i.e. minimal opportunity to negotiate thereafter - Quite hard to keep healthy work/life balance
