Pros
Hach is a world leader in water quality analysis and they do an excellent job at finding talented people who contribute toward that vision. The management team works very hard to listen to employees and feedback is regularly solicited, heard, and acted upon.
Cons
I found promotional opportunities to be a bit scarce, with no clear guidelines on what is expected at each level. Of course this would not apply to the company as a whole, but more specifically to the small team I was working with at a satellite office.
