Upper management has lost sight of the customer. The sales organization is being micromanaged to metrics, not the voice of the customer. In 2015, sales quotas changed 3 times and were not finalized until the end of August. Your District Manager is key to your enjoyment, and most are simply managing to a CRM tool and do not offer much insight or coaching. At the end of the year, the commission plan was not honored and was changed at the end of January 2016, causing some sales reps to lose $10-$20k in agreed upon bonus'. The company used to have a high retention rate, however, if you want to earn what was agreed upon, look elsewhere.

High turnover especially in field service makes life hard for those that have to pick up the slack. Micro-management has been the corporate culture but they seem to be trying to back off of that management style lately likely because of the turnover.
