      Compensation, bonuses and some benefits.

      Cons

      Company has very unstable executive positions. There have been 5 Presidents in 4 years. Current one and the entire executive is unfortunately taking this great legacy company in a dark direction.

      Pros

      In the beginning you're treated with dignity and respect. Then after a several months they find a flaw and they hold that against you in your reviews, within passing, within any discussion.

      Cons

      Toxic culture, DEI being shoved down your throat daily, if you need something from HR they are quick to hand you off a card to call HR, there isn't opportunity to move up even with experience unless you're a friend, related, or a friend of their family or a kisser and bull sitter of one of the managers. Managers pitting employees against each other, the pay doesn't reflect the cost of living in Colorado
