Pros

A lot of opportunities for career advancement, especially if you include the entire Danaher family of brands. Professional growth available through the many trainings offered.

Cons

Employees were often very overwhelmed with the amount of work, because of ongoing hiring freezes. A lot of bureaucracy due to the many levels of management.

Cons

Constant overtime in some departments, up to 60 hours a week in shipping Claimed there was room to advance into an engineering position within 6 months, I was there 4 years without so much a a chance Strict attendance/timeliness/productivity metrics
